Our classes dive deep into both color theory and hair color chemistry in a simplified and visual way, helping hairdressers move beyond basics to build a strong foundation for mastering formulating hair color. We focus on real-world problem-solving and critical thinking so you can confidently formulate for predictable color results without all the fear. Unlike brand-specific training, our education is product neutral where we focus on teaching you universal principles that work across all color lines. This approach ensures you gain versatile skills that are applicable in any salon setting, with ANY product line.

Our beginner- friendly classes are designed for stylists of all skill levels, whether you're new to color formulation or looking to sharpen your skills, they're tailored to support your growth, no matter where  you are in your career.  Our in-depth classes are ideal for stylists with at least 1-2 years of experience.

We cover everything from understanding the hair fiber and underlying pigments to advanced color theory, lifting techniques, and troubleshooting common issues in hair color formulation. You'll learn how to use the color wheel as a tool, predict remaining pigments, and bring color to your desired final destination on purpose.

All classes are delivered virtually. The beginner courses are pre- recorded giving you the ability to take them at your own pace and practice with the information you've learned. The in-depth courses are live virtually. This allows for real-time interaction, personalized feedback, and the opportunity to ask questions on the spot. We also offer privately hosted virtual classes for salon groups, giving you the flexibility to learn with your team. 

Each class includes a mix of theory, demonstrations, interactive activities and Q&A sessions.  We focus on practical applications, so you’ll walk away with actionable skills that you can immediately apply to your work behind the chair. 

Class lengths vary depending on the topic. The beginner classes are about 1 hr and the intensive workshops that dive deeper into specific challenges and advanced theory are 5 hrs.

Yes, participants that take the 5 hour courses receive a 5 day access to the class recording, a printable workbook for note taking, emailed after class activities to help guide you on implementing what you've learned, and as a bonus, access to our private Facebook community where you'll receive continued support.

Absolutely! We offer private sessions for entire salons. These classes are a great way to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to formulating and achieving  predictable results.

If you're unable to attend a live class, you will still receive a 5 day access to the class recording. This way, you can watch and take part in the class activities at your convenience and still benefit from all the learning. 

While no advanced knowledge is required, having a basic understanding of hair color theory and a bit of the chemistry will help you get the most out of the 5 hour in depth classes. Go to our Class Information page and search for the class you'd like to take.  Once you're there, click "event details" and you'll find the link to get started learning right away! 

Go to our Class Information tab, search for the class you'd like to take part in.  Once you're there, click "event details" and you'll see the link for the class.  It will take you to our Linktree page where you'll  see the next available class dates.  Click the class you'd like to take and fill out the registration form.  Once you sign up we'll send out your class invoice.  Once you pay, you'll be officially enrolled in the class. Further details will be sent on what to bring and how to enter the Zoom room on class day.  *Each enrollment is a per person registration*
